Imagine the case you buy your vegetables in big heavy crates or you import meat from overseas regions (for example in Pallecons). How would you tip them over?

A common tipper is not capable of tipping those kind of bins. The BSMBRHD is designed to tip these bins with a maximum weight of 1500kgs.

As with all our machinery this Backsaver can be adjusted to your own type of binsand other special needs. In the picture there’s a Heavy Duty machine adjusted for crates with measures 1200x1600x1230mm (LxWxH).

Equipped with a set of two deep cycled batteries as being the energy source (total of 220Ah) this machine is capable of tipping at least 40.000kgs per shift.

The machine is standard equiped with wheels so that it can easily be used anywhere in your company.

The tipper is used [...]]]> The van Oirschot Roestvrijstaal Backsaver standard is ideal for speeding up unloading products from various types of bins like square bins, crates or even dough bowls and other containers.

One of the great benefits of the Backsaver is that it also reduces the risk of back strain injury to the operative!

The tipper is used like an un-driven pallet truck to manoeuvre the bin, or crate (with meat, fish, vegetables or whatsoever), into position as required, e.g. at individual workstations. It is then tipped to the angle at which it is easiest for the operator to remove the contents. As the bin becomes empty it can be tipped progressively further, up to 100°(*) maximum, avoiding the need to bend over.

The tipper can be used anywhere in the factory, being completely self-contained with its own power pack. The powerful battery allows a full shift (like 25 tons of meat) to be worked before recharging overnights.

(*) A special adapted backsaver can even tip up to 110°!! (Though castor wheels need to be build out at least 150mm due to stability issues.)

With this machine there is no need to move the Backsaver underneath the bin. Instead your bins can be placed in the Backsaver tipper.

This way the tipper can be put on a static position and people can fill the Backsaver with a new palletbox using a pallet truck or another bin-lifting device.

Also this machine can of course be adapted to most of your needs. Different bin types or other tipping heights are most of the time not a problem for us!

Option for 110 degree tipping angle is available for this machine though a build-out of the castor wheels of 150mm then is a must. (Due to stability issues.)
